Cancellation & Refund Policy

We have a strict no refund & cancellation policy except for the following conditions outlined below.

Performance Guarantee

The Client will receive a 100% full refund if they demonstrate they’ve acquired zero funding by submitting at least 5 credit card applications and providing documented proof (screenshots or scans) of each denial to [email protected] .

This guarantee shall be voided if any of the following occurs, including, but not limited to:

(1) Client does not comply with our credit repair suggestions;
(2) The applicant is different than the person that was pre-qualified;
(3) Client cannot show 5 card denials;
(4) Client is unresponsive for 30 consecutive days or more;
(5) Client does not follow our specific gameplan to help them secure access to funds which includes the cards/banks we want them to apply to & the order in which they should apply.

Chargebacks or Disputes

Important Notice: The Client acknowledges that chargebacks can result in significant costs and administrative burdens for the Company. Therefore, the Client agrees to make good-faith efforts to resolve any disputes or concerns directly with the Company before initiating a chargeback.

If the chargeback initiated does not align with the terms of our Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Company reserves the right to pursue all available collection remedies and take legal action against the Client to recover the disputed amount, plus any associated fees, costs, or damages for up to $25,000.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses incurred as result of a chargeback initiated by the Client in violation of these terms.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to Client if they initiated unjustified chargebacks or repeatedly fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.

The Client acknowledges their obligation to read and understand the provisions and policies of the Zero Interest Capital Terms of Service and agrees that omission to do so is not a defense against any remedies outlined herein.
